LOVE LOVE LOOOOOOOOOVE this dress! It looks so simple yet sophisticated. I think this qualifies as a DIY as well.

All you need is:

1. A long patterned, graphic T-shirt

2. A ruffle mini, preferably one that is of chiffon material

3. A skinny belt of contrasting color

And now your set! I would love to try this look if whenever the weather is more favorable.

BTW, that's not me in the picture. I love finding cute Asian girl models!
